What is PayPal?

All transactions on our site are conducted through a third party credit card processing company called PayPal.

PayPal, the world's #1 online payment service, is a respectable, trusted and established company that provides secure methods of making payments across the Internet.

PayPal uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to ensure that all transactions are secure.

Transactions using Secure Socket Layer are encrypted - that means that anyone trying to intercept this encrypted information is presented with a series of letters and numbers that make no sense and have no bearing on your credit card details.

When you purchase items from us you can be sure that your credit card and personal details are processed securely by PayPal.

Our site operates as any other e-commerce site you may have used; you add the desired items to your "shopping cart" and then proceed to the "checkout" where you will be asked to enter your Credit Card details and a delivery address.

The amount for the items (plus delivery charges) are debited from your Credit Card or Bank Account by PayPal who then deposits the funds into our bank account.

Because we use PayPal, we do not receive your credit card or bank account details. All we receive is details of the items you have purchased and your delivery address.

When your card is debited

The moment you submit your credit card details to us (via PayPal), your bank or credit card account is debited with the total order amount including postage and packing costs.

We will only process an order once we receive confirmation from PayPal that your bank or credit card account has successfully been debited. You will also recieve email confirmation from PayPal too.

QuickTime Installation Help

1. Go to www.apple.com/quicktime/download.

2. Fill in the form on the right hand side of the screen (email address, first & last name, and operating system). Then click on the "Download Quicktime" button at the bottom of the form.

3. Follow the "next" and "agree" prompts for the next few screens.

4. When you get to the "Destination Directory" screen, notice that the default is C:\Program Files\Quicktime. When you are asked to choose a version of the plug-in, minimum is what you need to play the video files for the Corps de Napoleon website.

5. Follow the "next" and agreement prompts for the next few screens. NOTE: Make sure you choose to install the plug-in to both Netscape and IE if you have both browsers on your computer.

6. For the "Registration" prompt, just type your name under "Registered To:" and click "next."

7. The next prompt instructs you to make sure your internet connection is active before proceeding. If it is, then click "continue."

8. The next step involves your computer's server connecting to the Apple Public Server and downloading the necessary files.

9. After the downloading process is complete, locate the file "Quicktime Installer" on your computer and then double-click on the file to begin installation. The file is probably on your desktop. If not, then check your C drive. You can always use the Find command (on the start menu for pc or the apple menu for macs). This step may take a while depending on how fast or slow your computer is.

10. Now check your internet plug-in. Go to www.napoleonparade.com and click on the 'Parade Video' graphic below navigation.
