Dear Members:
I am writing to advise that the first general membership meeting for the 2011 Mardi Season is scheduled for Tuesday, September 14, 2010. The meeting will be held at the Landmark Hotel, located at 2601 Severn Avenue, Metairie Louisiana at 7:00p.m.
Please mark your calendar.
As you know, this is considered the official kickoff of the upcoming Mardi Gras season and therefore many topics will be discussed that are of interest to you.
For your convenience, I have enclosed herein the Doubloon Order Form for the year 2011, which you will note has some changes.
When completing the Doubloon Order Form, it is necessary that you send a 50% deposit. This year, I have added my phone number to the form so that you may contact me directly if you have any questions.
At the meeting, the theme will be announced, a sample of all throw items will be available to you and the float sketches will also be on display.
