Dear Members:
Good News! We do not have to deal with the Super Bowl for many years to come.
As a consequence, we are resuming our normal Sunday parading day and will not have to deal with all of the crazy changes that were necessary this year. We will also assume our normal ball and after parade party regime.
I enclose herein the itinerary for 2008-2009 which you will see includes a day at the races. This day at the races is not limited to court members, officers or lieutenants, but the entire crew can attend, If you are interested in attending the functions, contact your lieutenants or one of the officers who in the future will have tickets for all functions.
I also enclosed herein a revised Membership Application showing the dues at $250.00. Please use the application to recruit as many members as you can for Napoleon so that we can reassume our pre-Katrina levels and activities.
Please also note that we will have a general membership meeting on March 11, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at the Landmark Hotel in order to review this year activities and to prepare for next year.
Please mark your calendars and plan to attend.
